We manufacture coil slitting lines for widths of up to 100” and thicknesses of between .005” and .75”, for steel and Aluminum. We process materials like UHSS, surface critical materials and automotive aluminum.

• Automatic Slitter Head Change. Our slitter head, with its automatic tooling change capstan, allows a tooling changeover time of less than 5 minutes.
• Double eccentric precision slitter head. Automatically adjusted knife clearance and fully automatic knife locking system.
• Adapted strip tensioning systems for different material demands.
• Automatic robotic separator shaft set-up.
• High productivity lines with a capacity of up to 400m/min. 1,200FPM.
